Blair Bartels – Harri Silcock. Stepped it up a long way, just missed the chocolates.
Dale Budge – Dave Strong turned back the years with his best performance to date in the Honda Jazz in a performance that shakes up Open 2WD.
Simon Bell – Jack Stokes/Hayden Graves are the drive of the event for me. Just class for two young guys that got into the other Jack’s head, who settled for points, which was really smart.
Darren Galbraith – Hard to separate. I thought Dave Strong had a terrific event but hard to ignore Harri Silcock and Thomas Paul as well.
George Bird – Quentin Palmer didn’t quite podium but some great results across stages 4 and 5. He has played the smart game across the first three rounds of the championship on roads he has never competed on.
Chris Grant – Thomas Paul – sixth overall behind the four front-running cat 1 cars and Ari. Came out on top of his event-long battle with Harri Silcock, whose car had higher top speeds and was more suited to these roads.
Anita Greenland – Thomas Paul gets the vote from me.
