Dayle ITM confirmed as 2021 Goldrush Rally of Coromandel Title Sponsor

Dayle ITM are back to support the Brian Green Property Group New Zealand Rally  Championship becoming the naming rights sponsors of the 2021 Dayle ITM Goldrush Rally Coromandel.

Acting as the final round of the 2021 championship, Dayle ITM Goldrush Rally Coromandel will be held September 3-4 based in the seaside town of Whitianga.

Dayle ITM’s support of the event runs deeper and carries a lot more meaning that your typical event sponsorship.

Kopu joined the Dayle ITM family in 2017, as a retail and trade building partner for the Coromandel Peninsula and Hauraki Plains. Shortly after, in November 2019, a devastating electrical fire destroyed most of the Dayle ITM Kopu site.

The Kopu team was instantly overwhelmed with immense support from their local community.
“Our M.O. since opening Dayle ITM Kopu has been to get involved in this community.

Through the fire, it turns out we were on the receiving end of the community’s support, first. That’s something our team will always be extremely grateful for. Now it’s our turn to give back,” said Dayle ITM owner Deborah Day.

“With Dayle ITM Kopu open and operational (due to be fully re-built by November), the location at 71 Kopu Road offers a total building solution for the region.

“Dayle ITM Kopu is perfectly located to assist with all your building projects, big and small. Boasting a brand new showroom, MiTek prenail frame & truss plant and a delivery fleet across Auckland, Coromandel, and North Waikato – their team of building supply experts is ready and waiting to ‘see you right’.

“Dayle ITM Kopu is supporting the region by ensuring the iconic Gold Rush Rally of Coromandel can be enjoyed by locals and tourists in 2021.

“The Goldrush Rally of Coromandel is an iconic part of NZRC history and a very unique event for Coromandel. Giving it our backing was a no-brainer for the Dayle ITM team. We’re excited and so proud to extend our support for Kiwi motorsport and our Coromandel community in this way.”

A ceremonial opening will take place in the middle of the main street from 5pm on Friday September 3 before competitors tackle the twisty and cambered gravel roads of Coromandel Peninsula.

Stages include Port Charles, the infamous 309 Road, Coroglen and Kelsey’s Castle Rock – a new stage for 2021 – last used in 2015.
